Our Goals
Our overall goal is to be an advocate for affordable/workforce housing with the public sector. This goal is accomplished by educating public and private constituents. We endeavor to distribute information to individual cities/towns which focuses on expediting workforce housing permits, developing quality design standards, encouraging municipalities to provide financial incentives, compiling examples of affordable housing developments, identifying available land sites, encouraging employer offered incentives and developing post development policing procedures.
